    ______ Towers standing center.

  2. Joan Schyberg says:

Back row: In the middle is Dave Towers and on the right is Buster DeLong, I think.
Fellow on left in front row is Paul Kobliska.

Back Row:I think this is Bill Marcoix (Sold Insurance) My Uncle David Towers,Buster Delong, Buster’s Wife On Paul Kobliska’s Lap, John Winslow. My parents Lou & Helen were probably at this function,as my dad was a member of the fire department & my mother was in the auxilary.

Correction: 1st Person Next To My Uncle Dave was Sid Thomas. Buster Delong & His Wife (Emma) Ran A Butcher Shop/Market on Palmer Avenue up from Connelly’s Drug Store. The building is now an apartment house. Connolly’s was Where Des & Dill’s is Now. They had a Post Office next to it.

I think you are wrong Lois Jean, I think the first person next to Uncle Dave Towers is Don Lewis, married Priscilla Griffin.

  6. John Lucia says:

Dave was the milkman for the town too. I remember him delivering milk in the glass bottles with about 2 inches of cream on the top.

  7. Barbara Williams Seigel says:

Back row left is indeed Donal Lewis, cousin of Richard Seigel

  8. lois woodcock pasquarell says:

Back to the identity of the man next to my Uncle Dave, according to the roster of the Fire Department and pictures taken in 1961 of the firemen who went to the mill for a tour, the person in this picture is Sid Thomas. Donald Lewis was also in the group photo and is not the person in this picture.
